1. Scope of Practice
Homeopathy is a complementary and holistic form of healthcare that supports the body’s natural ability to heal.
Robin Gladstone is a Certified Classical Homeopath (C.C.H.) and member of the Canadian Society of Homeopaths. She does not diagnose, prescribe pharmaceutical medication, or replace the care of a licensed medical doctor or other regulated healthcare professional.
If you have a medical emergency or urgent concern, please contact your physician or local emergency services.
2. Services
All services are provided virtually via Zoom or telehealth unless otherwise specified.
Service types and fees are listed on the website and may be updated at any time without notice.
A free 15-minute introductory consultation is required for all new clients prior to booking any paid appointment.
3. Payment and Cancellations
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.
Payments are accepted in Canadian or U.S. dollars, as indicated on the booking page.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing homeopathic care.
Homeopathic Family Wellness complies with all applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability
